Products sold at Nova Scripts are digital content delivered instantly in electronic form.
Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish distance-sales regulations (Article 15(ğ)), services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal. You confirm this when placing your order.
For that reason, downloaded products are not refundable.
When a refund is possible
- Orders that are paid but have never been downloaded, within 14 days of payment.
- The same product paid twice by mistake.
- The script doesn't work although the documented requirements are met, and our support team can't resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
How to request
Open a support ticket on Discord or email [Contact email] with your order number. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. Licenses issued by a refunded order are revoked.
