These terms govern your use of the Nova Scripts store at https://novascriptss.xyz and every digital product obtained from it. By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms.
Parties

License
For every script you buy you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-server license.
- The license covers one live FiveM server. Your own test/development server needs no extra license.
- You may modify the open-source files for your own server.
- Sharing, reselling, redistributing for free or leaking the scripts, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
- On a license breach, the license and account may be revoked without notice.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Actions taken through your account are considered yours. If you notice anything suspicious, tell us right away on Discord or by email.
Updates and support
Published updates for scripts you own are available free of charge in your library. Install support is provided on Discord. Modifications, or incompatibilities caused by third-party scripts, are outside the scope of support.
Liability
Products are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages caused by a script's interaction with other resources on your server, misconfiguration or data loss. We recommend keeping regular backups.
